These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and winph14 ("winph14", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winph14 website located at https://winph14.net and all associated services, games, features, and promotional programs.

By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the winph14 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the winph14 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or use any services offered by winph14. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on winph14, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by winph14.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winph14 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by winph14 or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on winph14. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

winph14 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's license issued by the LTO, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winph14 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You must notify winph14 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach. winph14 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to notify us promptly or where such access resulted from your own negligence.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your winph14 account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• You must ensure that your contact information, including your registered Philippine mobile number and email address, remains current and accurate at all times.

winph14 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person.

All financial transactions on the winph14 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph14 supports a range of Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your winph14 account balance in real time for most supported e-wallet channels including GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to standard interbank clearing times. winph14 does not impose deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to GCash wallets are processed in under ten (10) seconds under normal system operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to standard interbank processing times. winph14 reserves the right to apply processing timeframes of up to three (3) banking days for withdrawal requests that require additional verification.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the winph14 platform at the time of the transaction and may be updated without prior notice.
• winph14 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be subject to an administrative review prior to withdrawal at winph14's discretion.
• Funds held in dormant accounts (accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.

winph14 offers various bonuses and promotional programs to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and game-specific tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all winph14 bonus offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the promotion terms. Games excluded from bonus wagering will be identified in the promotion terms.

• Abuse Prevention: winph14 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to suspend or close an account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any form of fraudulent exploitation of promotional offers.

winph14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional program at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses will not affect the terms applicable to bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.

All games and betting services available on winph14 are subject to the specific rules published within each game interface and the general rules set out in these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

winph14 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all electronic game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. winph14 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond standard house edge and paytable structures as disclosed in each game's published return-to-player (RTP) information.

• Bets placed and accepted by the winph14 system are final and binding. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that affects the integrity of the outcome, winph14 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round.
• winph14 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits per game, per session, and per player at its discretion. Limits may vary based on game type, player tier, and promotional period.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Accepted odds are locked at the time of bet confirmation. In-play bets are accepted subject to current live odds at the moment of system confirmation.
• For sabong (cockfighting) betting, all bets are placed on live arena events. Once a bout commences, all accepted bets are final. Cancelled bouts or draw results are handled according to the specific sabong betting rules published on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph14 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with winph14.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions processed through GCash, Maya, or any other payment channel used on winph14.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winph14 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content published on the winph14 platform, including but not limited to the winph14 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software, is the exclusive property of winph14 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winph14 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winph14 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any winph14 platform component.
• Use any winph14 trademark, logo, or brand identity in any manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation with winph14 without express written authorization.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the winph14 platform by any automated or manual means.

winph14's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the winph14 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

winph14 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and provision of the winph14 services.

winph14 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or by the terms of winph14's operating obligations.

winph14's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winph14 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winph14 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

winph14 shall not be liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory actions.

winph14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 4 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding compliance checks. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud, terms violations, or regulatory orders may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting winph14 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the winph14 platform, including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus awards, account decisions, or financial transactions, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Initial Contact: The player must first contact winph14 customer support via the live chat function on the platform or by emailing [email protected]. Players should provide full details of the dispute including the relevant date, game or transaction reference, and the nature of the complaint.

4. Final Resolution: In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts as set out in Section 15 of these Terms.

During the dispute resolution process, winph14 may place a temporary hold on the relevant account or associated funds as a precautionary measure pending the outcome of the review.

winph14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winph14 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform, email notification, or a prominent notice on the winph14 website prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the winph14 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. Nothing in this clause shall limit winph14's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
